Introduction

FSET Inc (“FSET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, and how you can contact us with questions or requests. It applies to how we collect personal information generally, including our website at https://fset.inc (the “Site”), phone calls, email, and in-person conversations.

This Policy is guided by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law.

What This Policy Covers

This Policy covers personal information FSET collects directly from you, for example when you contact us, ask about our services, or apply for a job.

It does not cover personal information FSET may handle on behalf of a client organization under a service agreement. In that case, the client’s own privacy policy applies. If you are not sure which situation applies to you, please contact us. We can talk it through.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 3. Withdrawing consent may be subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We may share personal information with third-party service providers who help us run our business and our Site. Examples include hosting providers and email delivery providers.
