Three people wear traditional Native American regalia with beadwork, feathers, and fringe, standing outdoors. The person in front has a feathered headdress, their detailed attire illuminated—echoing craftsmanship seen in advanced law enforcement technology.

Indigenous Communities

FSET’s roots are in Indigenous communities. Our first clients when we founded the company in 1999 were Indigenous organizations — and they’re still clients today. Over 25 years later, we’ve grown that commitment into one of Canada’s most extensive Indigenous connectivity programs, including the world’s first community-wide Starlink deployment in Pikangikum First Nation in 2020 and 4,500+ Starlink kits across 120+ communities.

We bring technical expertise, cultural respect, and a long-term partnership model — not a one-size-fits-all approach — to First Nations and Indigenous band governments navigating connectivity, infrastructure, and IT management.
